Framery conducts comprehensive life cycle assessments (LCA) to evaluate the environmental impacts of their products.

These studies measure not only carbon footprints but also resource depletion and water scarcity, providing stakeholders with transparent and reliable information about their performance.

Innovative Materials

Utilising renewable, recycled, and certified materials is at the heart of Framery’s manufacturing process.

For instance, the Framery pods incorporate around 80% recycled PET from plastic bottles and 29% recycled glass, significantly reducing waste and promoting a circular economy.

Reducing Carbon Footprint

Framery aims to cut product CO2 emissions by 50% by 2028. Their new smart pod range uses 23% less material than previous models and emits 16% less carbon during manufacturing. This commitment to sustainability aligns with increasing regulatory demands and customer expectations.

A Circular Economy Approach

Framery is pioneering a ‘pod as a service’ model called Framery Subscribed, which promotes reuse and recycling. This model not only minimises waste but also provides customers with flexibility in managing their workspace needs.

Community Engagement

By keeping production local in Tampere, Finland, Framery supports its community by providing jobs while ensuring that 90% of its suppliers are located within 500 km of its production facilities. This strategy not only boosts local economies but also reduces transportation emissions.
